What is Apollo Practice Management?
Apollo practice management tools are used by PTs across the United States, PT practitioners love the integration set of tools on the cloud that are accessible online from any device. Our customers include solo practitioner, chain PT practices and large health organizations. Key features include Scheduling, Billing, EMR and Reports, as well as financial tracking, patient load statistics, staff tasks, credit card processing and more. The platform includes a mobile web app that works on smartphones. Simple per PT pricing with no additional costs or addons.
Apollo’s physical therapy scheduling module adopts a seamless workflow approach for multi-location scheduling. Practitioners are able to coordinate scheduling plans into a single database and billing system, including appointment creation with a visual calendar that allows for efficient rebooking. Scheduling features include reminders and alerts, color coding, waiting lists, cash based billing, customizable encounter forms, walk out receipts, and more.
The electronic medical record (EMR) module allows all electronic documents to be stored, synced and backed up for secure access for all users and via multiple devices. Configurable document templates can be customized depending on the practitioner’s needs and type of therapy. Additional EMR features include integrated email and fax, document scanning and uploading, compliance management, billing in SOAP notes, PQRS and FLR codes, and more.
Apollo’s billing service handles various types of bills including insurance claims, private bills, bulk billing and employee payments, and allows all invoice requirements to be sent directly to patients, employers, and insurance companies, or saved as a PDF. Credit card processing is handled through integration with BluePay. A wide variety of practice management reports are available in order to help optimize real-time information for financial, productivity, A/R, collection, monthly patient billing, and 837 Rejection data.

Apollo Practice management is also very reasonable, as although we have many practitioners some only work 4 hours/ week or 4 hours/ month, and the cost is reasonable and allows us to be comfortable utilizing part time staff in hours of bits and pieces.
