Auctify is a no-code auction website builder from the Netherlands. It gives companies, auction houses, charities and schools their own branded online auction site on their own domain. Auctify charges a flat monthly fee and takes zero commission and no listing fees. There is nothing to install: hosting, security and updates are included, and a new site is live within minutes of signing up.

What it is for

Auctify is built for sellers who want the bids, the bidders and the money on their own site instead of on a marketplace that takes a cut. Typical uses are liquidation and surplus stock, machinery, vehicles, estate sales, charity and school fundraising auctions, art, antiques, property and livestock. Auction types and bidding

Timed online auctions with a scheduled start and end per lot, bid increments, reserve prices and soft close, where a late bid extends the clock until bidding settles. Automatic and absentee bidding: bidders leave a sealed maximum in advance and the site bids the minimum needed for them. Buy Now, Make an Offer (off until you switch it on), second-chance offers to the underbidder when a lot closes below its reserve, and one-click relisting are included. Dutch (declining-price) auctions and reverse (procurement) auctions are supported.

Payments and integrations

Winners check out on your own site. Card payments run through your own Stripe account; PayPal and bank transfer are also available, and with bank transfer you mark the lot paid when the money lands. A buyer's premium of 0 to 35 percent and the shipping fee you set per lot are added to the hammer price at checkout. The money goes straight to you and never passes through Auctify. Whole sales can be imported from a CSV file with a preview before you confirm. Every live lot with a location is published automatically, with its own page, live countdown and map pin, on AuctionsNearMe.com, the auction discovery site run by the same company.

Security and access control

Every account confirms its email address before it can log in. Per lot you can require a saved card before anyone bids. A whole site can run in private mode behind an access code for invite-only sales, and on the Enterprise plan registration can be limited to the email domains you allow.

Marketplace mode

Run the site as a single seller, or open it to third-party sellers you approve. Each seller lists under your brand, on seller plans you price yourself.

Setup and administration

Invite bidders by pasting their email addresses; each one gets a one-click link that creates their account. Up to five photos per lot. Ready-made themes plus your own logo, colors and fonts. Every new site comes with a setup checklist and a practice sale. Browsing, bidding and administration work on any phone, with no app.

Languages

The site and its emails are available in 20 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Polish, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish, Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Outbid and auction-won emails go out in each bidder's own language.

Pricing

Starter costs $49 a month for 100 lots a month and shows a small "Powered by Auctify" footer line. Pro costs $99 a month for 200 lots, with no footer line. Enterprise costs $299 a month for unlimited lots and allowed registration domains. Prices are in euros on the European-language pages. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial without a credit card. Plans are billed monthly, with VAT included where it applies. There is no contract and no overage fee, and you can cancel at any time.
