From the restaurant management aspect cake meets every need we have, from credit card processing, davo for tax management, the cake pop hand held device is awesome!

I don’t like that the cutoff time for next day funding for credit cards is at 9:00PM because we close our restaurant at 9:30PM.

The integration for online ordering and delivery apps need work.

The interface because it’s very intuitive. And the support is pretty good too. And they offered me pretty good rates for merchant services.

I also don't like the fact that I can't separate when I do reports comparing Mondays through the year versus like say Sundays through the year I want to be able to compare days

I’ve been very satisfied with the ease of use for the employees.the availability to access from anywhere on any devices is amazing.

They will up your rate before sending new equipment.

Not being able to have the rewards portion without upgrading my old units. Once I got the new units I will have to start with the rewards again.

What really stands out is how quickly she answers my calls—it's as if I have my very own personal assistant!

The inventory tracking was set up more for food industry, not for retail SKUs.  

The payment cube can be touchy with tap to pay cards and devices.

It did not have a scanner built in, items had to be searched for and clicked on.

So easy to use for table orders, payments, etc. to say I am very happy with the Cake team and the software would be an understatement!!

Her warm demeanor makes every interaction pleasant, and her expertise is evident as she addresses my concerns with ease.

Google doesn't allow me to setup my order link.

I have used some of the other POS systems this is by far the easiest I have dealt with I did my own menu and installed everything myself.

It kicks it out saying we're closed or unable to accept orders.

I’m Able to see and print all reports .

The over all is easy to navigate.  just a couple glitches.   but once they explained it made since.  

We had tried other systems and Cake was just the easiest to use and train employees on.  

It is a serious pain though whenever we upgrade.  

There are a few things I wish it had - like notifications that the customer has arrived for curbside pickup.

Very knowledgeable as to why we would benefit from different products.

No SIM Card Availability For "On The Go" or Mobile Businesses.

Would like a "best sellers" screen as a home screen, would also like the extra fee features to be able to default to off and have employees use it as needed.
