The dasher provided me with incomplete order, rotten tomatoes and wrong and expensive substitution of items and when I reached doordash support, they said that they cannot do anything about it nor they can provide me with a compensation.

We tried to keep our prices affordable and someone who has only ordered through Doordash and not come into our restaurant would assume those are our regular prices, which may drive some customers away.

What I don't like on DoorDash is about that sometimes, I wish there's more offers (promotions) because it's nice to get some and to try out for promotions.

Owner.com's online ordering system and dedicated app have made it much simpler for our customers to place orders directly, reducing our reliance on third-party platforms with high fees.

It only allows refunds by entering a total amount, without the ability to process itemized refunds.

This may be fine for businesses with larger profit margins but we cannot afford to offer the constant crazy promotions that Owner.com sends out automatically on our behalf. Since we have ZERO control over what the promotion amounts are and can only toggle promotions on or off, we have had to disable ALL automated promotions.

They also make saving customer information for online payments simple, allowing for more retention in potential customers.

Their platform has given our business the opportunity to operate more efficiently by streamlining our processes and strengthening our systems.

Owner.com heavily advertises itself as “commission-free,” but in reality, commission-free pickup and delivery through a restaurant’s own website is not new.

There are a few features and workflows that don’t yet function exactly as we need for our operation, which created some friction early on.
