With FloristWare's customer management feature, flower shops can track customer information and send birthday or anniversary reminders and greetings.
FloristWare integrates with many merchant services providers, meaning florists can choose any credit card provider for payment processing. The solution is compatible with Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows. FloristWare is also a supporter and member of many floral communities and associations including The American Institute of Floral Designers, Society of American Florists, and Allied Florists of Houston. .
