What is LivePepper?
LivePepper is a solution developed to solve the various business problems encountered by restaurants and dark kitchens. The tool offers customizable and searchable pages supported by an Internet connection which businesses can use to create their own menus. Templates are available for users to create their own unique designs featuring their in-house colors. For the most demanding customers, it is even possible to outsource the design of a more complex graphic layout to LivePepper's graphic design team.
LivePepper can be used by restaurants offering streamlined home-delivery arrangements. Here, end-users place their orders via a dedicated portal. These orders are immediately forwarded to the restaurant, which takes care of the rest. Restaurants offering table service can also use this tool to accept customer orders placed via smartphone. A QR Code is scanned by the waiter at the table, which allows meal preparations to begin immediately.
There is a further option available to export all data relating to logging orders. Users can analyze this information with external tools to extract useful information and inform business development.
