What is MEINbusiness?
MEINbusiness is a cloud-based software solution with digital data management for gastronomy and hospitality. The application automatically links purchasing, POS and staff data, organises it centrally and provides all relevant KPIs for controlling and operational management. Orders can be executed directly via MEINbusiness, centrally predefined and continuously monitored – including recipes, costing and assortment specifications. Purchasing data is extracted from digitised invoices and automatically pre-accounted for financial processing. The aim is to standardise processes, reduce costs and enable data-driven decision-making.
The SaaS solution developed in Austria creates automated controlling based on profit and loss logic with little effort. All incoming invoices come directly from the suppliers into the software, form the basis of the reports, and go directly to accounting, saving a lot of time. With the interface for employee time recording, all personnel costs and the hours of all employees are integrated into the MEINbusiness software and posted to cash register sales and cost of goods sold. In this way, monitoring productivity becomes standard and every week or month becomes transparent. More than 1300 companies from the DACH region are already gaining a lot of time thanks to automation and digitization and can save a lot of money by optimizing their operations.
