What is AIDA?AIDA (Artificial Intelligence for Document Automation) uses a hybrid artificial intelligence engine to recognize documents and extract data from them, without the need for prior learning. AIDA can extract information from any document to utilize in workflows, and store for anytime, anywhere access. The AIDA platform allows businesses to upload documents from multiple sources, learn from data within documents, and output data to connected platforms.
AIDA uses global intelligence and machine learning to gather data from documents, detect anomalies, search and check data compared to third party systems, and archive data within relevant folders and indexes. AIDA is a completely cloud-based system and is accessible from any device to make the data extracted easily available for any workflow including via the native iOS app, on a PC, or any internet-enabled device, as well as from any ERP (enterprise resource planning), ECM (enterprise content management), or CRM (customer relationship management) system. The platform integrates with third party systems including Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, and more to share and store documents.
