For businesses that require full order automation, MenuMix offers an advanced Pro Plan. When enabled, customers can not only view the QR Menu but also place orders directly from their table. These orders are received by the cashier through a live interface, where they can be reviewed and either accepted or declined. Once approved, the order is automatically routed to the kitchen display screen — helping venues coordinate service smoothly and reduce communication errors.

The kitchen display system shows all orders in real time, grouped by table and updated live as they’re prepared and delivered. This structured flow improves speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, especially during peak hours.

MenuMix also includes complete bill management. Staff can view open orders by table, update payment status, and close bills with a click. All billing activity is tracked and managed inside the platform.

For managers and owners, MenuMix provides detailed analytics and reporting. Reports can be filtered by product, category, table, or time period to analyze trends, top-performing items, and overall sales. These insights help businesses optimize menus, staffing, and pricing decisions over time.

Another key feature of MenuMix is its multilingual support. Businesses can enable automatic translation of the digital menu into more than 50 languages. Once the original menu is created, MenuMix instantly translates content into selected languages, ensuring accessibility for international guests and tourists without manual effort.

Staff management is built in. Businesses can add unlimited team members and assign specific roles such as kitchen, waiter, manager, or admin. Each role has customizable permissions to control what actions or information a user can access. This role-based system supports smooth collaboration while keeping the platform secure.
