PHP Pro Bid overview
What is PHP Pro Bid?
PHP Pro Bid is auction and ecommerce software for businesses running their own branded website. Choose managed Cloud or VPS hosting, or install the software on your own server.
PHP Pro Bid charges no platform transaction fees or per-event fees. Payment providers may charge processing fees.
Selling formats
- Timed auctions: independently scheduled listings with proxy bidding, reserve prices, Buy Out, Make Offer and configurable anti-sniping extensions.
- Auction Events: grouped catalogs with a shared schedule, staggered lot closing and winning-buyer invoices.
- Marketplace and webstore: auctions and fixed-price products from one or multiple sellers, with seller stores and shopping-cart checkout for fixed-price products.
Management and automation
- Manage listings, users, sales, invoices and payment records from one admin panel.
- Upload multiple listings with the CSV Bulk Lister.
- Use cron jobs to close expired listings and run scheduled tasks.
- Support multiple languages with the built-in translation manager.
- Extend the platform with separately priced add-ons, themes or custom development.
Deployment and customization
- Cloud includes managed hosting, updates and maintenance. It costs £79/month billed monthly, or £756/year (£63/month equivalent).
- Managed VPS includes a private server, source-code access, managed backups and priority support. It costs £199/month billed monthly, or £1,908/year (£159/month equivalent).
- The self-hosted License costs £399 one-time. Run it on compatible hosting and manage installation and updates yourself, or purchase optional services.
- Connect supported payment gateways and configure your site’s branding, payment and shipping options. Unbranding is optional on License and Cloud, and included with Managed VPS.
Support and maintenance
Support is included with every plan. The License includes v10.x updates; future major upgrades are optional paid purchases with discounts for eligible license holders. Cloud and Managed VPS subscriptions include future versions.
