Pointr makes my life easier and my business better!

From my initial interaction with their team to using the software for over a year, I have been impressed. The added my customer database and I moved over all of my appointments quickly. After that, the support team has been very helpful in getting Pointr 'dialed in' for our grooming salon and dog daycare center.r

Pros

I love the pet & human dashboards and flags. The scheduling is easy & the reporting is very helpful. I also like that Pointr was built from within the pet industry, by folks that have experience all of the pain points that come from managing grooming salons.

Cons

Nothing really. I was a little worried because they are new ... but, everything has been professional and well done with the Pointr team.

Easy to use! Great software for my business

Pros

The dashboards are great and I love that there are flag features to remind my staff. Reporting is fantastic and easy to use. I like that Pointr came from within the Pet Industry, so a lot of attention to details that I need are already included. My staff loves to use Pointr compared to what we were using previously.

Cons

I don't really have any cons to list. They are new, but everything has been professional and very responsive with the Pointr team.
