Mobile: free Android and iOS apps for every user, covering job status, time clocking, photo and video capture and talk-to-text notes.
Customer experience: automatic service, registration and booking reminders, a customer portal, online bookings from your website, a communication center and SMS messaging.
Payments: WorkshopPay handles online and in-person card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay, surcharging, multi-terminal, 3D Secure and next-day payouts.
Integrations: QuickBooks Online and Xero two-way accounting sync, PartsTech and PartsTech Labor, Parts Authority, ProDemand (Mitchell1), TireConnect, Tire Registration, Carfax VIN and license plate decoding, Vehicle Visuals, Mailchimp and Podium. Platinum adds a public API and public booking API.
Access is browser-based on any device with adjustable user groups and permissions, plus multi-site data sharing and franchise reporting on Platinum. Flat-rate monthly or annual pricing and a 14-day free trial.
