For such a complex and crucial part of business, it’s good to have a partner like Celerant who can help simplify the process to get our operation as secure as possible.
With them still owing me a module for the website and another for a mod I had to prepay for to get the pricing I did, I walked away and took the loss.
Once I was used to it, I certainly enjoyed the ease of use of the system and the ability to network in our stores from around the country.
Sometimes the program would crash when trying to pull reports and wasn't multifunctional while performing transactions.
Explain your business practices clearly to the trainer so they can train you on the processes/features that are the best fit for you.
They will get it fixed amd then 4 days later it goes down again. I have serial numbers that have magically disappeared and have to call them to put back in the A&D book.
I felt very comfortable with the system after about a week or so, which I felt was a good amount of time to get the hang of it.
I'd start learning only the things that are most vital, and worry about the rest later.
Celerant has positively impacted the way we operate; I would recommend their solution to any retailer.

I like eposbuddy because of it's user friendly interface. It's best for managing point of sales digitally.
Given the cost of the system, I am a bit irritated at the lack of functionality in certain places.
Ideal and very comfortable to promote a positive experience for our customers.
The sales pitch was misleading with many features that were demonstrated to us as selling points not included in the purchase, I was not aware of this at the time of purchase.
It is a product that promotes agility in our business processes, has a good user experience and is perfect for increasing sales and reducing uncomfortable processes for our clients.
Biggest con is the sales team, spinning you misleading information to get a sale.
What I like most is the ability to login from any mobile device and access up to the minute sales and stock information.
Unfortunately we have a lot of stock - over 1000 items, its been painstaking to add them all on and create barcodes for each item.
Eposbuddy provides this amazing service with many payment features without doing more things. It works very smoothly and have not seen any issues.
Self explanation and ease of use with totals at the end if the day to show profits.
Cost - Epos buddy is a cheaper overall then our previous supplier. With a range of benefits.
It is easy to implement and integrate with the current system.
Fantastic System, but a little pricey on the integrated app side.

I recommend this software, because it's really easy to use it and the customer service is awesome.
Many issues with software going down for several hours on busy days. Issues with lack of customization of reports.
I especially love features like "Customer text alerts" and "loyalty keytags" which have helped me generate more revenue and establish a strong customer base.
Most of portals complete integration still missing. But can still use epay or viday pop up browser window.
It's just simple and user friendly software that I am totally happy with.
I am able to manage my business better now that I have CellSmart. My customers love when we send them a text to remind them their bill is due.
It is always good to shop around to see multiple products and evaluate the one that works best for you.
If you have a repair store then you are looking for the best software.

So far, I have a good experience with CellSmart POS.

The Promomash team is fantastic, they are diligent and respond to our needs immediately. We communicate over Slack and email to tackle the appropriate issue.
Don't have an app for brand ambassadors. This is my #1 complaint from my field team.
I love that Promomash is user friendly and easy to maneuver through functions on multiple different tasks.
The fact that my unfi ClearVue data isn’t piped into PromoMash from crisp because unfi now charges to access dashboards on crisp.
Easy and straight forward, does exactly what it's supposed to do to help our day to day.
This is because it is difficult to determine how well a TPR did based on when the billbacks occurred in many circumstances.
Easy to "drive," with good customer service. COMPANY PRINCIPALS KNOW THE CPG INDUSTRY WELL.
The Promomash team is fantastic, they are diligent and respond to our needs immediately. We communicate over Slack and email to tackle the appropriate issue.

We are happy with the system and we are hoping that because we have had bugs worked out so quickly that that is a sign that the software is still evolving and can grow with us.
When you leave a message it would sometimes take several hours for them to call back. The reps would always blame my "enviroment" for the software not working.
Features are solid, employees are very nice and their customer service was great.
I feel that the Credit card processing is a bit off. I would gave power outages often and also lost lots of money on offline processing.
Ease of use, detail of reports, reward system is loved by most, hold orders are very convenient and the overall look.
Have not been able to figure out how to assign a cashier to each register transaction. This is something that is needed to track cash loss prevention.
I also appreciate the ease of adjusting items through the back end of things. The ability to control tax on each item has also been vital to being able to use the system for my business.
In the end they were extremely rude and insulting.
The ability to add employee payroll cost, as well as COGS allows you to quickly see what your true profit for the day was after each shift closing.
Software constantly crashed, customer service is horrible.
The online ability to see up to date sales. I like the ability to be mobile with the POS.
Not ready for Multi-Unit use quite yet but close.
I like the emails we get about updates & the interface. For the most part it's really easy to use and the FAQ are very helpful.
Instore has a great (and getting better) handle on it, whereas some of the others are basically just credit card machines.
Customer service communication via email is great. Everyone is very accommodating and helpful.
Support is great and I’m so happy I chose instore for our first shop.

The repricer that it claims to have is garbage as well, it is not a algorithmic repricer and will loose you money.

This software is crap when it comes to purchase orders, shipping, and just about everything else you would use it for.
The software has all of the functionality that I need to manage my multi-channel marketplaces. The Zentail support team is super responsive and a pleasure to work with.
We had a problem with Jet that didn't let us publish our own 1 year warranty as a bullet point. Zentail cannot override bullet point features.
The success dashboard is a great tool to help manage products on all the websites. The Analytics tool is great to see what products are hot and what are not, what is making money and what is not.
I know there's a lot more Zentail can do that I haven't even touched yet (I'll leave these to their respective departments).
I love that the interface is so user friendly and easy to follow.

I love how easy it is to load a product (with the right data), flip switches and it's listed on all the channels you have hooked up.
Great Solution to list Products on multiple channels in one interface.
We started this program hopeful that it would be our solution to having multiple e-commerce sites.

Coupled with the fairly easy to use system and setup, I believe Helcim is one of the best, definitley the best for the price point, which I was just informed has been removed.
I do not work with the system on a regular basis, so my own experience has been the lack of any problems or negative feedback from the people that do use it.
Thank have recommended Helcim to other business owners because their service is exceptional- from the software, to support team to pricing- they cannot be beat.
