EventSpark is a cloud-based event management solution designed to help in-house event managers control processes related to registrations, promotion, invitations, and more. Based within the Salesforce platform, it comes with a communication wizard, which allows managers to schedule emails to send time-based notifications for status updates, event details, and reminders.
EventSpark is a white-label solution, which enables organizers to create personalized web pages using custom logos, colors, themes, and templates. The registration forms module provides pre-populated forms to let users update information, limit bookings, and prevent duplicate entries. The solution includes real-time delegates tracking, which allows teams to monitor invitee statuses, RSVPs, attendance, and survey responses. The post-event surveys within EventSpark assist event managers with collecting feedback from attendees or no-shows to calculate Net Promoter Score (NPS)
EventSpark includes a centralized dashboard, which lets managers gain insight into campaigns, attendees, expenses, and revenue via pre-configured reports. Plus, the system automatically creates leads using Salesforce and tracks conversion rates to improve ROI.
