The MoxiWorks CRM Platform is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution, which assists residential real estate brokerages with lead nurturing and workflow management. Key features include email marketing, data analysis, progress tracking, activity dashboard, and analytics.
With the MoxiWorks, agents can send automated emails with market snapshots at scheduled intervals to contacts, which helps optimize client engagement. It integrates with multiple-listing service (MLS) systems, enabling agents to access updated property-related information on their CRM systems, as well as monitor current and historical data. The centralized dashboard displays a list of buyers and sellers, status of transactions, team’s progress on meeting targets, and close rate for agents, increasing visibility into operations.
The MoxiWorks CRM Platform allows administrators to create a custom sales flow, which sends prompts to agents during each step of the lead management life-cycle. The predictive analytics tool helps brokers analyze public data and records for their contacts in their territory and identifies leads that are most likely to convert.
