What is Bindy?

Bindy is a cloud-based audit management solution designed to help businesses of all sizes conduct intelligent inspections, configure multi-lingual checklists, and assign corrective action tasks to help brands execute their standards and programs. Administrators can create tickets for maintenance, customer complaints or other location-specific issues, set priorities, and track the status of tickets as ‘new’, ‘pending’ or ‘closed’.

Features of Bindy include issue management, real- time reporting, status tracking, workflow management, inspection scheduling, built-in calendar, root cause analysis, interactive maps, regulatory compliance, collaboration, and more. The application allows managers to create multilingual forms or checklists, configure permissions for users, and verify the completion of inspections using GPS coordinates, date stamps or signatures. Using the centralized dashboard, supervisors can assign corrective actions, generate custom reports and provide directives to field executives by adding notes, photos or supportive documents.

Bindy facilitates third-party integrations via API and ensures the security of confidential data through single sign on (SSO) capabilities. Users can also schedule automatic data updates, deploy training modules for teams, and view real-time reports from anywhere to maintain security and safety across organizations and sites.
