Guests can initiate chat conversations with reception, browse and order from digital food and beverage menus, set wake-up alarms, view service catalogs with images and pricing, activate do-not-disturb status, book taxis and submit service ratings and reviews. Real-time artificial intelligence translation supports communication in more than one hundred languages. The AI reception feature autonomously handles routine inquiries according to hotel-specific frequently asked questions. Reception staff manage requests through a web dashboard, desktop applications for Windows and macOS and messaging bot integration for instant notifications. Administrative tools include real-time room monitoring, guest blocking for policy violations, analytics on request volumes and response times, data export in comma-separated value format and file sharing for images and documents.

The system functions as a complementary communication layer that requires no integration with property management, customer relationship management or booking engine systems. Implementation involves printing unique room QR codes and connecting a reception messaging bot. The solution can become operational within one day without formal staff training. Storage capacity and file retention periods are configurable to align with hotel requirements. Administrators may configure quick-access service buttons to streamline guest interactions.

Security features include transport layer security encryption for all guest and staff communications and end-to-end encrypted channels for artificial intelligence translation. Optional service level agreements offer confidentiality guarantees, high availability and data breach compensation. The platform is designed to complement existing infrastructure and support efficient guest communication workflows.
