What is iRoom?
iRoom is a cloud-based guest service and messaging platform for hotels, delivered through a QR code in every room. It replaces the in-room phone, paper menus and printed service directories with one mobile web page that guests open with their phone camera, in their own language and without installing an app.

- Guest chat with reception with two-way machine translation in 100+ languages, plus file and photo sharing (Business and higher).
- AI assistant that answers routine guest questions instantly, trained on the hotel's own information (Business and higher).
- Service requests: housekeeping, towels, amenities, maintenance and custom services built with the no-code Button Builder.
- In-room dining and drinks ordering from the hotel's menu, with order status for the guest.
- Wake-up calls, taxi booking, Do Not Disturb, Wi-Fi details and guest reviews.
- Room monitoring dashboard, request history, staff activity log and analytics by room and period.

- Guest side: any modern mobile browser, 36 interface languages, right-to-left support for Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu.
- Staff side: web dashboard, Windows desktop app, Android app with push notifications, and Telegram notifications.
- Print-ready QR card templates in many languages; one QR code per room, rooms grouped by building.
- Multi-property accounts for hotel groups with one login.
Integrations
Telegram for staff alerts, Stripe for subscription billing, and links to Google and Tripadvisor reviews. iRoom runs alongside any property management system; no PMS integration is needed to go live.
Security and privacy
HTTPS everywhere, role-based staff access, CSRF and rate-limit protection, guest blocking for abuse, automatic deletion of guest IP addresses after 90 days and of chat files after the plan's retention period. Payments are processed by Stripe; iRoom never stores card data.
