Rubrik is cloud data management solution which allows users to manage and automate data backup, offsite replication, archiving, and data recovery through a single platform.
Rubrik can be used to manage data backup and recovery for cloud applications, with a suite of RESTful APIs for orchestrating backup, replication, archiving, disaster recovery, and more. Protection policies can be created in the built-in policy engine and mapped to business SLAs, for automatic execution. Application-consistent backups are available for SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Oracle RDBMS, delivering data consistency.
The predictive search allows users to locate files, applications, databases, and virtual machines (VMs), to deliver near-zero RTOs (recovery time objectives). Customized visual reports can be created and shared, giving users insight into compliance, operational efficiency, and capacity utilization, and reports can also be scheduled for delivery by email.
