Pros

Fantastic product, super nice support and always available, helped us get going quickly, saved our company.
This software has really been the only way we could serve our community at this level. We are so great full to Onfleet for helping us help feed the less fortunate during this stressful time.
Amazing product and impressed with the ease of use and the ease of implementation. The product is intuitive for dispatchers and drivers.

Pros

Plus, the customer service is outstanding. Always ready to help resolve issues or answer questions.
Quick responses from the Tookan team on product questions, Improved delivery success and experience, Improved communication with drivers, and the drivers love the app.
We sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability you demonstrated on each project, and the way you conduct business as a whole.

Cons

The worst part of the software is the lack of mobile support for the dispatchers.
One of the cons of Onfleet is that no customer app provided by them.
Reports to track performance are difficult to manage, bust into graphs, and interpret.

Cons

Uploading all the info is frustrating especially if you have pick up and drop off locations because they will be separated as 2 different orders.
Waaay too much down time. The app's down at least every week, which prevents my customers from making bookings = lost revenue.
The app drained my team's battery so much that their phones died before they could really use it. The desktop version looks nice but the functionality was glitchy.

Amazing platform! Best on the market

Onfleet has streamlined and automated our operations and logistics completely! What used to take us 30-45 minutes each morning is now completely automated and takes a few minutes! We tried Tookan first, but Onfleet is such a superior software. It really is the best in the market!

Pros

Ease of use, routing algorithm, the UI/UX, automated customer notifications

Cons

Price is a bit steep, but you pay for what you get.

Horrible. It was an absolute mistake. Especially if you get [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], he is a joke.

Pros

We were on Tookan for the longest time, and I would advise everyone to not waste their time! Tookan was an absolute joke. Don’t waste your time or money with this subpar platform. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was a joke. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was horrible. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A SERVICE GO WITH ONFLEET! I cannot stress this enough.

Cons

NOTHING. Tookan is an absolute joke of a platform. Absolutely horrible, and the staff/service is a complete joke.

I've received nothing but lies from Tookan App customer service as well as management

I was also interested in the resell option. I spoke with Gokul on the phone about it. He told me he would send me the stuff to list on my site. I purchased a domain name. TookanGps.com Never received anything to put on it. I also spoke with someone about the Messenger bot on the phone. They said they'd call me back the next day and never did. SO, I have had not 1 single good experience with Tookan. It seems to be full of lies and all these great products they are not able to deliver. Needless to say, I have been trying to use this software for over 90 days now with zero luck other than manually putting in each task. I will be going to Bringg or Onfleet. Anythign with actual customer service.

the customer service is non existent. They promise promise promise but i'm yet to see delivery

Horrible for anything useful, OK for a very small business with limited needs

It does the job if your needs are veeeery veery basic. Like, you just need to keep a record of deliveries (but you're better off using Excel for record keeping than Tookan). This software is plain old horrible if you're anything bigger than a small business as it is absolutely not reliable and crashes almost all the time, one way or another. Something is always broken for some reason.

Pros

The dashboard, the agent app, and admin app is pretty straightforward. Has a lot of what a very small business might need, very very basic and limited features

Cons

Waaay too much down time. The app's down at least every week, which prevents my customers from making bookings = lost revenue. You ask service to help out and they'll "get to it". They say they have stripe integration? Fat lie, it's been upwards of a month and every time they close a ticket, it's barely fixed. I would be happy if it worked even at the bare minimum level, but they can't even do...
