Routing24 is a route optimization AI assistant for delivery fleets and mobile teams that plan around hard constraints. The optimizer builds lowest-cost multi-stop routes while respecting one or more time windows per order, service times, multi-dimensional vehicle capacities, vehicle costs and driver shifts. The Pro plan adds EU (EC 561/2006), US (FMCSA) or custom driver break rules, linked pickup-and-delivery transfers, locker delivery and dark-store pickup, multi-compartment loads, product non-mixing and segregation, no-go zones, and vehicle-order compatibility.

Orders come in from Excel or CSV, a pasted address list, or directly from your work AI assistant, with built-in geocoding. Finished routes export back to Excel or reach each driver as a zero-install route link that opens in any mobile browser, with navigation handoff. Planners edit routes visually on the map with realtime violation diagnostics and explanations, see exactly why an order went unassigned, and re-optimize as often as needed.

An AI assistant is built into the planner: it converts supplier files, PDFs, emails and screenshots into orders, repairs addresses the geocoder could not place, translates business rules stated in plain language into optimizer settings, and batch-edits finished routes with a confirmation step and shared undo. For deeper automation, a 45-tool MCP server connects Routing24 to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-capable AI agent, which then drives the plan while spending your own AI subscription's quota.
