What is TATEMS?
TATEMS is a fleet maintenance solution designed to help businesses in utilities, oil and gas, schools, public transportation, municipality, waste management, and other industries manage trucks, trailers, equipment, maintenance, drivers, and more. The platform enables organizations to manage asset records and search information by equipment make, number, model, year, license plate number, and other criteria.
TATEMS allows administrators to create work orders with custom descriptions, add labor parts, and attach PDFs or scanned images for repair orders or other documents. Enterprises can also assign drivers, filter asset lists by location, department, or customers and monitor fuel consumption, insurance renewal dates, and more. Supervisors can also receive automated reminders for DMV registrations, motor vehicle and highway use taxes, and preventive and service maintenance schedules.
TATEMS includes an inventory management functionality, which lets users track stock levels, and parts by types, manufacturer, description, bin location, selling price, and other attributes. Other features include personnel management, customizable reports, fuel logs, equipment summary, inspection checklists, and more.
