Pros Themes are better than most platforms and they are free this is the only thing good about 3d cart is the themes.
3dcart was the perfect solution for our company since the software has the capability to capture additional information during the ecommerce transaction.
We currently are using 3dCart as our e-commerce sales platform and this shopping car addon is certainly nice to have. It's very useful and easy to use.
Pros
It was easy to implement on my website, was secure, and provided an easy and pleasant transaction for both the customer and my side.
It has great and easy to use features and i like that they have a free plan to start with.
Ecwid helps me make money online with little effort on my part. I love the user-friendliness, compatibility with my site, and great customer support.
Cons
Occasionally the system can get very glitchy and mess up the final total cost of items purchased from the store. There seems to be a disconnect sometimes which can be very frustrating.
The lack of logs that show me a range of activities on the site (mine, yours or customers).
I have a bunch of clients that need stores. Each client has a little nuance to their specific needs, 3d cart is limited in that way.
Cons
I haven't identified any major flaws as yet. There was only one thing that I found so difficult that I gave up and that was connecting my store to eBay and Amazon.
The only negative I might say about Ecwid is that there can be some restrictions when trying to integrate your sales channels into Facebook and Instagram.
