What is Concierge Plus?
Concierge Plus is a homeowner association (HOA) management software that helps businesses handle accounting, track incidents, configure workflows, manage equipment, and more on a centralized platform. It allows property managers to maintain a resident database with details such as name, photo, email, phone number, emergency contacts, and pet information.
Concierge Plus enables staff members to track and organize service and maintenance requests based on subject, category, status, and unit number. It lets community residents create bookings for guest suites, conference rooms, gyms, outdoor BBQ, and other amenities via the built-in calendar. With the parking management functionality, employees can track visitor parking, issue parking passes, and manage vehicle details. It also lets security team members record incidents with relevant images, documents, and digital signatures.
Concierge Plus's online store enables community managers to manage sales for garage remotes, air filters, and FOBs, among other items. Administrators can create user groups and configure permission rights to restrict specific employees from accessing, editing, or deleting information.
