direst is a digital motorhome parking space system designed for RV sites and campsites. It is also a booking platform that manages reservations, payments and accounts, and also lets operators control all installed systems, including barriers, supply columns, garbage stations, and more. The solution can be accessed via a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

Operators can access the electricity, supply, and disposal columns. The solution sends a personalized booking confirmation email to the guest, which can be triggered by a confirmation click. The booking is then confirmed and stored in the system. Operators can pre-set consumption credits, based on either per head or day, and add to the booking’s site fee, preventing additional bookings, or power cuts on guests’ arrival. If the consumption credit is running out, there is an early notification to the guest so that they can top up their smartphone or tablet. direst’s daily credit ensures availability of all usage and consumption-dependent items, such as water, electricity, waste disposal and access to sanitary areas and showers.

Guests receive a booking confirmation containing a personal QR access code with all stored booking data, after payment via credit cards, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. With the QR code, barriers, extraction points and entrances to the sanitary building or garbage station can be controlled for the selected period.

The information is stored at the time of booking using a guest registration form and is sent directly to the spa administration or tourist information upon arrival.
