It was extremely simple to use, and very effective at getting data. Very impressive. It was extraordinarily difficult to achieve similar results simply using a form and advertisements.
I would like the ability to import a google forms so I wouldn't have to recreate old forms.

It was affordable, had a live chat that customer service agents were quick to respond to, had prescreen questions
-couldn't use 'exclude' filters to exclude certain demographics. For instance I needed to exclude 5 states for legal reasons and I manually had to one by one insert each state. It was such a pain. - had limited integrations. Google forms, which is the easiest, best, and free survey providers is not on there ;( I found this out after I created my survey on Google Forms. - They advertise you can...

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Pollfish software. It is very easy to use, and I have been able to produce quality polls quickly and easily.
There may be some advantages to using PollFish which are intelligent and easy to train, making them a viable form of communication for those with limited communication abilities.
The downside is that Pollfish can be fickle and may not respond to certain signals consistently making it less reliable than more traditional forms of communication.

Ease of use, comprehensive features and unexpected flexibility. The quality of responses is a real positive and the statistical significance and quality team at Pollfish is fantastic.
Can be a little clunky in analysis and reporting within the platform so we auto-extract data into Google Big Query.

Pollfish gives you a way to conduct quantitative online surveys without the price barrier of Google Surveys or even SurveyMonkey in come cases. It is easy and quick to deploy and reach target audiences.
Compared to Google Surveys and SurveyMonkey, the program lacks some features/robustness. I used to be unsure about where they find their audience, but they have recently done a good job of spelling that out more on their website.

Easy to use; sampling seems pretty good; SPSS export
Regional targeting in Southeast Asia is not available and would be helpful. A way to target a capital city then "Other" would be helpful for our work. I find setting quotas on cities and radiuses too tedious and restrictive. Also reliance on Google Translate for moderators leads to frustrations sometimes when trying to get a survey approved in other languages.
