“Instagram allows a user to be completely free in how they choose to use the app, such as username changes, editing existing posts and reels, and uploading content.”

“Features such as Reels, Stories, product tagging, and direct messaging make it easier to reach new customers and build relationships with existing ones.”

Cons

“One of the biggest drawbacks of Instagram is that the algorithm can make it difficult for content to reach followers consistently, especially for business accounts.”

Andrea L.

Innovation Manager

“The pressure to curate a certain image, along with intrusive ads and the addictive, hard-to-put-down scrolling design, were also things I didn't love.”

Léo L.

Content Creator

“I dislike the algorithms that tend to overdue advertisements from gathering users personal information which result in a bombardment of ad repetition.”

Yonas E.

President

Cons

“The lie of paying for an "unlimited / lifetime" subscription for Heropost, only for those users to be "limited" in some functionalities (eg. can't use TikTok anymore) and "phased out" after a year because they have a new "Heropost" which they decided Lifetime doesn't apply to anymore.”

Sten B.

Founder

“Horrible customer service, completely inadequate user interface, slow and bogs down, absolutely horrible pricing model, unethical company just honoring prior lifetime up sale.”

Mark F.

Ceo

“However, pushing your existing lifetime members into a new 'pay for lifetime again' plan (even at a discount), is really poor form in my opinion.”
