What is Ionic?
Ionic is a web-based all building platform that allows users to build apps for iOS, Android, desktop, and web from a single codebase. It takes a web-first approach, leveraging CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to enable users to build Android, iOS, desktop and Progressive Web Apps.
Ionic also offers the Superapp SDK that allows large enterprises to consolidate existing applications and build new features within a single cohesive mobile experience. The Superapp SDK, or Portals allows web teams to add new features and screens to native apps safely. Each Portal is a focused experience that delivers specific features and functionality and is entirely self-contained. Teams can build, test, and ship these embedded micro experiences in parallel, allowing organizations to scale application development.
