Pros

Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.

Pros

The integration with other Adobe apps like InDesign. Best PDF editing features that enable me to edit a PDF file in any way I like and convert it in any format and back to PDF format as I'm pleased.
My favorite and most used feature is its seamless integration for the Adobe creative package which also includes photoshop, indesign, and illustrator.
The ability to share documents and have all edits and comments saved right in the document with information on who made them provides accountability and streamlined communication.

Cons

Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.

Cons

It's a little difficult to go back and forth between these functions. There are certain problems with text scanning that cause some characters to be misinterpreted.
Horrible customer service, difficultnti work with HP printing software. It is also not in real time.
Adding comments can be a struggle. I end up spending too much time while at it.

It's pretty easy to use. It's very cheap. I like how fast it is to make a form.

Cons

It's super clunky, like using something made in Adobe Flash Player from the early 2000s. The colors and styles look about the same too.

Started to use Jotforms last year as a free alternative to Adobe Central. So far it has been easy to use without any hassle. Designing them is quite straight forward and self explanatory.

Pros

Able to get 100 submissions for free per month and forms are easy to design.

Cons

Once you reach your limit, forms are suspended till the next calendar month which is not great if you have people applying for a job waiting to hear from you.

We have been using Jot Form ever since the death of Adobe Forms. It is our go-to software option for collecting data such as customer and employee feedback and also for providing on-line test forms to record the results of our internal training programs.

Pros

Improvements are being made to the capabilities and functionality on a regular basis that make the software more useful for our business and easier to use.

Cons

The user interface can be a little confusing at times as there are so many options and ways to achieve the results you are looking for.

For the most part the Jotform is an easy to use tool and can meet the basic needs of most users. you can have your form open and running in just a feel minutes. Wee had been using the Adobe forms tool, until it was discontinued and needed aa quick option to convert all of our forms and this met our needs.

Cons

I think JotForm lacks in customization options. If you are even slightly technically there are other tools that allow for greater customization for similar costs.

Form Builder that keeps getting Better

I create all the forms and share them with several faculty and staff here at the College. The software very intuitive, so there's little training needed for others to work with it. The notifications are highly customizable, so for each form I can control who sees the submission, the workflow and the response to the submitter. I've watched the company grow, offering more support and more features, while still keeping the cost for the end user reasonable!

Pros

When Adobe stop offering their online form option, I needed a replacement! I researched a variety of options and went with JotForm. The top features are the ease of use (great interface even for beginners), available templates and the ability to export the form in a variety of formats - embed in a website, fillable PDF, email, etc. Another valuable feature is the management of submissions. Simple to use, easy to manipulate or expert.

Cons

At first, there were some accessibility issues. The developers are currently addressing those issues; they just offered a webinar on how to incorporate ADA compliance. Most of the minor problems when I first started using JotForm have been addressed or improved.

More than just a form builder

Jotform is an amazing tool for any business owner who wants to get more conversions.

Pros

Jotform is the best form builder out there! I used to use the classic Adobe forms, but this is so much more than that. The templates are beautiful, you can literally do anything with them. All of my forms are so easy to customize, which has helped me improve our conversion rates tremendously. Not just forms, it allows you to build landing pages and its no code so, I don't have to worry about coding. I've been using it for over a year now, and it has made my work so much easier.

Cons

This tool is amazing. I haven’t found any negatives yet in this tool.

Excellent Online App with EXCELLENT Support

I started using JotForm when Adobe decided to pull the rug out from under me and the rest of its users who were creating forms. Long story short, I wish I'd known about JotForm long before that happened. The app is VERY easy to learn, but the best part is that the support is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. My first experience with their support team was when I was a newbie having problems with a form. They not only told me HOW to fix, but they MADE A TEMPLATE FOR ME AND HAD ME CLONE IT INTO MY ACCOUNT! These guys are the best! I can't say enough about them! If you do 1 form, 100 forms or 10,000 forms a month YOU NEED JOTFORM!

We run the forms for all our websites through JotForm. The form responses are collected in a database and we are able to display the results in html tables on our intranet. There is even BI on tap, so questions that have defined responses, such as a multiple choice questions, can be visually represented on web pages as graphs. When it comes to collecting information, JotForm has become an indispensable tool in our arsenal.

Pros

I became a JotForm user when Adobe sunsetted its FormsCentral product and I've never looked back. With a little effort, truly anyone can build an attractive, functional form using JotForm. You don't have to know any html, CSS, JavaScript, etc. That said, you will probably have to know some CSS to get a form to look just the way you want it to if you are adding it to your website. Cons

We purchased a tier that allows up to ten users, however, only the primary user can create forms up to the tier limit--the others users essentially have the limits of the free plan. The only way they can avoid those limits is by moving forms they create to the primary user and sharing the form. I've also occasionally experienced issues with payment.
