Pros

Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.

Pros

Typeform has been a great tool to use for dedicated purposes; it is easy to subscribe when needed and then stop the subscription for a while. The customer service team is very flexible and helpful.
Typeform help me to do it with easy and the report that can be generated from all the data collected help me to interprate the raw data better.
I love how nice looking the forms are. Beautifully designed forms encourage more people to fill them out.

Cons

Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.

Cons

A few users emailed us to say they their submission was unable to go through. A few lost entries as a result of glitches.
Limited in functionality beyond a question requiring multiple answers. Severe lack of customer service wanting to resort to only to email.
We have used Typeform for years but suddenly they changed their freemium model without any notifications, no emails, no announcement and all our forms stopped working.

I'm using this for custom reservation forms, feedback forms, payment forms, and it handles everything really well. I love all the integrations too.

Pros

Coming from Typeform, the conditional logic is much easier to set up and use. Making complex calculations that would take hours in Typeform only takes me minutes now.

Cons

The only thing I've ran into that is a con so far is that I'm not able to conditionally customize the submit button text...although you can do that on a classic form...but rarely use the classic version forms.

Overall satisfaction is quite happy as it has a free plan to get started and pricing is also reasonable.

Pros

If you wish to collect the information or survey then Jotform is the tool, so simple and easy to on-board and create the very first form in just a few minutes. There are so many templates to use from.

Cons

We're looking to a much improved UX and UI, something similar to Typeform and Paperform. Rest everything is okay.

I like very much that jotform include the payments gateways on a free plan. This feature on ALL the .others forms solutions softwares is included in paid plans.

Cons

I think that jotform has to improve on form design. In this aspect solutions as Typeform take an advantatge.

Overall, not a great solution but if you're already using it may not be worth changing.

Pros

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

Cons

A bit outdated. Other solutions in market like Typeform and Wufoo are much easier to use and better user experience / integrations.

Decent experience. Overall, a mid-tier product at a mid-tier price. Worth it. And has a decent free pricing.

Pros

JotForm had a lot of options that Google Form and Typeform and other form software don't have. Such as accepting payment, accepting signatures, etc.

Cons

JotForm limits what its users can and cannot do with the forms unnecessarily even if you are just making a form for testing purposes. Unlike Google Forms where you can essentially do whatever you want.

However, there are limits including the number of forms. For the free plan, you can only keep 5 active forms in your account. If you have created a test form, you can archive it later so it won't be counted towards your limit. Hope this information helps. Regards!

Easy enough to use form builder and preview forms.

Cons

The absolute nightmare of dealing with there customer service - the product is almost as good as 123Form or Typeform but the horrible customer service and billing setup should scare anyone away. There service is so bad, email me and I will happily pass along the examples of their incomptence.

Jotform embeddable forms are an easy solution, but more custom API solutions are cumbersome.

Overall, I would recommend Jotform for a company that is looking for a quick out-of-the-box solution that doesn't need much customization and just be dropped into a website. For others that require more customization and more modern design, then I would look elsewhere.

Pros

Jotform provides a good out-of-the-box toolset for forms. They have many of the features that you would expect from a form provider including WYSIWYG editors and viewable results. Their UI has also undergone several improvements that have given it a more modern design and ease of use.

Cons

While the out-of-the-box solutions work well, things are not as straightforward when integrating the forms on a website in a more custom way and utilizing the API. Their API is not as updated as their UI, and so embedding an iframe works well enough, but more complex manipulation and validation of the form elements is challenging and limited to say the least. Their form designs are also a bit dated, especially considering the more modern form paradigms introduced by typeform and others.

Jotform is Good for the Price Point

I've captured over 200 emails in about a month, so I'm happy about that!

Pros

I wanted to create a "Buzzfeed" type of quiz for my webinar, so I don't know if Jotform was the best tool to use, but it had great reviews as a form builder. It was easy to sign up and there was a promotion available. I enjoy the ability to customize at the Bronze level and I think there's a lot of value for the price point.

Cons

Based on my desired outcome of a "Buzzfeed" type of quiz, I think another platform like Typeform would have been better, but Typeform's packages are not as good as Jotform. You get more value with Jotform, but it was challenging to set up the logical questions. I was on a time crunch and already paid for the month, so I made something work, but it wasn't ideal. Also, I couldn't figure out how to integrate my MailChimp. I would have had to watch another YouTube video and I didn't have time for it.

Pros

I am very impressed with the typeform designs. It is beautifully designed and makes it easy for me to create engaging forms for email signups, surveys, and more. The templates are sleek and modern, reflecting the brand beautifully.

Cons

The design are good enough but I found better design options in other form builders like Jotform.

Very easy to use and anyone can create form easily. You can integrate it with your app and website. Batter alternative of Jotform and zohoform.

Pros

Typeform is one of the best form builder tool. You can use it to create payment, survey and lead generation form in just a few clicks.

Cons

Nothing found that I can share here. Overall features are great.

Pros

I think the interface is great and you can generate some very nice, professional forms. I use it for business and am happy with the results. Reports are also great.

Cons

I ended up primarily using Jotform instead because of the pricing. I'd like to see a slightly cheaper version if I'm going to switch my business fully over to Typeform.

Typeform changed the paradigm for online forms with their engaging form design.

Overall, Typeform is the product of modern design and development. They immediately stand out from the crowd, especially when compared with more staid competitors like JotForm or even Wufoo. Their forms are engaging and for more custom requirements, provide a modern API that makes it easy to integrate into any development environment. I can't recommend them enough.

Pros

Unique design is a key differentiator for Typeform. Its webforms and their design have become staples in many sites across the web. They provide a highly engaging dynamic that still leaves for a lot of customization and design choices. Furthermore, they're easy to set up and reporting is robust.

Cons

There isn't much to snipe about in regards to Typeform.

Modern style and customisable questions, but not very brand customisable

Overall, I love Typeform - especially it's main style and the templates. It does so much that's so useful, and it's definitely mainly a good experience. If I had to choose all over again which product I use, I would choose Typeform again for sure.

Pros

The default (and only) style is modern and looks great, and there are a huge range of options for the question and response types. There are a huge amount of great templates, which make it very quick to create a still detailed form.

Cons

There's a lack of brand customisation, so you can't match the form to your brand's style. This makes it look less native if you embed it into your application or website. Also, while the stats are mostly alright, they lack a feature that Jotform has that I love - turning all your statistics into a presentation automatically.
