LocalWell identifies top customers and helps pharmacies connect with them digitally, sending invoices directly to customers via SMS or WhatsApp. It analyzes customer buying patterns and sets automated refill reminders to drive repeat business. It also offers customizable invoices, allowing pharmacies to add their business logo, pharmacist's signature, drug license number, and other relevant information.
