The platform is available for online interviewing, computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) and computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI).

Survey structures can be designed from the simplest to the most fragmented, and are responsive to every device screen including smartphone, tablet and desktop. Users can benefit from Nfield’s performance-improving solutions for optimal functionality, and are able to test and share their surveys before they are published to ensure their performance. Fieldwork executives are provided with full control of distribution including the set up, monitoring and managing of local, global, and address-based distribution. Interview quality control tools include GPS and audio recordings to ensure genuine responses, and that CAPI interviews are conducted correctly.

When doing CATI surveys, Nfield’s centralized system enables users to monitor progress and performance, as well as optimize the interviewer workflow. A comprehensive set of features allows users to control various aspects of the survey, such as which calls are assigned to which individuals, the amount of times a number should be called, and after how long a number should be redialed if the line is busy. Users can also choose between auto, progressive or predictive dialing to drive productivity, build an easy-to-follow question sequence, and listen to interviews in real time.
