The software helps our organization in researching on what our clients really need in terms of service delivery.It enables our organization to know exactly what our audience needs and we are able to deliver exactly that.It is a perfect way to point out where we need to rectify in terms of service delivery.

I like how it is designed in a way that it facilitates users to write product review and through that express their opinion.Regarding flexibility,it remains very useful and when the review is able to support a couple of formats it makes writing easier.
One drawback I came across is that it leads to reduced response rate and therefore the feedback gathered may not be very accurate.

I love it's very useful robust templates as well as it's comprehensive reports, support is also easy to access and helpful.
