Front desk users can access the OP practice management system in order to schedule appointments, oversee patient check-ins and track electronic claim submissions. Office Practicum’s management system also delivers one-touch family demographic updates and provides detailed summaries on patient visits, including information on charges for visits and immunizations. These features aim to make daily pediatric operations quicker and more straightforward for front desk employees.

Office Practicum includes a Patient Portal where registered patients can schedule appointments, organize speciality physician referrals, view lab results and manage prescription refill requests. Since Office Practicum is available as an iOS mobile application, patients have instant access to this information at all times.This serves to increase efficiency in the workplace by reducing the number of phone calls between practice and patient.

Using Office Practicum’s customized Family Medicine EHR, physicians can create and consult accurate growth charts, age specific templates and health maintenance schedules immediately and conveniently. Moreover, users can bundle the Office Practicum software with the Office Practicum expert billing services team in order to control complex vaccine administration coding and overall revenue cycle management.
