I have used Payoneer and PayPal but I would rate PayPal 8/10 and Payoneer 7/10. Paypal is quicker and more integrated on the web.
Paypal has its flaws but for now, I think it's the best online money transfer company everyone uses. I do freelance work when I am away from my AM to PM job and I dont think there is any transaction I made without PayPal. For the fact that almost everyone uses it, you can have a hard time getting paid or making payments for online services if you don't use PayPal. When I had just started working...
The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud. Recently a fraudster opened a dispute of $300 with a false claim. Fingers crossed that PayPal wont reverse my money.

My overall experience is great I still give them a five star for the service they provide...
I love the fact that I can make transactions without sharing any personal details and that it is instant..so I really love the concept and productivity and the efficiency of this Software, and it is very easy to navigate
what I would improve or like the company to improve is allowing payoneer bank to connect to it, that's my only issue they don't allow you to link payoneer bank.

Paypal is providing very professional services all over the world without some countries where it is not allowed. I am using Paypal for a long time and it is amazing if we compare it with others like Payoneer, WebMoney, etc.
I like PayPal because it sends money very fast with protection. Using PayPal money receiving is very easy than other international banks like Payoneer.
Sometimes it's making money on hold. And you will get your own money within the next few days but this problem comes rarely.

With PayPal software, I can easily transact money with anyone around the Global world of today. The software is highly secured, fast to process transaction and easy to withdraw from. PayPal has helped my business a lot in terms of fast payment deals. I recommend it to everyone who is serious with productive outcome from their business.
PayPal Should implement the ability of transferring money from its platform to payoneer platform. I will really appreciate that if implemented.

I use PayPal to send invoices and bills to our clients and get paid instantly. I am happy with PayPal's services and always recommend it as the world's best payment processing partner.
PayPal allows us to send invoices and receive our funds from our clients worldwide. We can easily send our Paypal money to our local bank account safely and securely.
The only disappointment with PayPal is that I am unable to send funds from PayPal to Payoneer, Skrill, and Payeer like other international wallets.

My overall experience with Paypal is good.
The best thing about Paypal is that it is user friendly. Both the site and app version are convenient to use. Another good thing about Paypal is that it takes less time to link our bank account and it supports most of the banks. Also, the money received can be easily tracked and invoice of all transactions can be easily taken out. Paypal is supported in almost all countries, so it is helpful for freelancers like me as I am involved in international transactions.
The worst thing about Paypal is that it charges more transaction charge while doing international transaction as compared to other payment providers like Payoneer.

If you are a business owner, I recommend PayPal for you because until someone introduces something better, all business people working in this digital age need a PayPal account. But if you are going to use it for self money payments, shopping..etc, maybe you can try other options.
Needless to say, everyone that does business online probably owns a PayPal account but that doesn't make PayPal a good payment company. I think people use PayPal because they have to. There is no other platform out there that provides easy, fast payments as PayPal does. PayPal has awesome features like PayPal here which collects payments for you. I love PayPal express because it lets my clients pay me with regular credit cards which creates so much ease for them. But the day you will need PayPal to resolve an issue for you is the day you will realize how off-putting PayPal is. Read my cons to learn how.
Whereas PayPal is the easiest and fast to use, it's also the most sickening payment company online. They never resolve issues. They just push them away and keep sending you the same email with mo It doesn't cover certain countries which limit its coverage. I switched from PayPal to Payoneer because Payoneer offers an ATM and integrates with several banks even in the most remote areas of the World which is brilliant. If PayPal doesn't resolve its flaws, it will soon be overtaken by many honest hard working companies like Payoneer.

Paypal's personal link allows you to get instant payment from clients. You can also receive payments in more denominations with Paypal. It has a subscription feature too which is not available in Payoneer.
Many clients are into Paypal too but it charges on each transaction. That's way too high compared to Payoneer's flat fee.

A safe and reliable payment method. It is very easy to use. It has good consumer protection.
I love the consumer protection policy of Paypal. It makes e-commerce safer. It works very well on ebay and accepts multiple currencies.
The transaction fee is quite high. It does not work with other payment networks such as Payoneer. For businesses, if you have many disputes your account can be freezed.

My overall experience with Paypal has been really great. I like how more and more companies are allowing us to use Paypal to pay for stuff.
I like the send money feature. Make it so simple. I click on a name I have saved and it goes right to it. It is really easy to use paypal.
It would be nice if you would integrate payoneer. The website is a bit bloated and not easy to get to if your internet is slow. Mobile usage is awful.

PayPal is a trusted way to receive money from clients. The major benefit is its hassle free automatic bank transfer. Customer service is also quite good. They respond to queries aptly. Except for high commission cost, it is a very good option for sending and receiving money to clients in different countries.
PayPal transfers money automatically to the bank account everyday even if the payment is $. This automatic transfer feature is a boon for freelance writers like me who work with clients from various countries who pay on different date and timeline. There is no excess verification and linking the bank account to PayPal is quite easy. It works in most of the countries making money exchange quite easy for writers like me who deal with lots of foreign clients.
PayPal is costly. It deducts 10% as commission. Payoneer service similar to this takes only 2%. PayPal works well with international banks like Axis bank. But, it does not function very well if small banks are linked.

My experience with PayPal has been short-lived, full of restrictions, and loaded with limited functionality! Too bad!
The only pro PayPal has in my book, is that it's widely accepted online making it a safe alternative to purchasing online, but... read my comments in the cons...
Last year I started working remotely, and I soon learned that PayPal has limited functionality if you want to withdrawal money or transfer money to a bank account outside of the US. I had all the intention to use it, since a client requested paying me through PayPal, but I stuck with Payoneer instead. Payoneer is, in my opinion, THE best way to get paid by companies if you work remotely outside of the US. PayPal most definitely doesn't top it.

As a buyer, their resolution centre is superb. I use PayPal as frequently as I can to make purchases. As a seller and business owner, it is a very negative environment and platform. I would recommend founders make a switch to Stripe, Payoneer, or TransferWise.
I have used PayPal for over 4 years, and still to this day I am a very frequent user of their services. However, the way I use PayPal has drastically changed over the past couple of years, namely due to their repulsive seller favouring system and one of the worst customer support systems I have ever encountered as a seller. I have advised over 50 different startups that use PayPal, and the feedback I get is always the same. The customer support and their willingness to close business accounts are appalling.
PayPal do not have a solid customer support system. For a simple request, like updating my account's personal information, I am usually put through an endless funnel of referrals. Upon calling PayPal, a voice bot usually responds asking you to describe your issue. Right from the start, this provided users with terrible issues in understanding and repeating the issue till the voice bot logs it. Then, after all that hassle, you are usually referred to the 'Help Centre'. Here you usually wait a couple days for a rep to get back to you from the supposedly 'live chat' to only send you a generic response, not even fully comprehending your issue, telling you to email their customer support department. Its an endless funnel that most founders I advise do not have time for.

Although PayPal makes it easy to send and receive payments being the biggest company in the FinTech business right now, it is always advisable to use an alternative if available. For freelancers and professionals who deal with international clients, I would definitely recommend options like Payoneer over PayPal.
Millions of people use PayPal and this makes it easy to receive payment from anyone, anywhere. Being the most popular payment processor, sending and receiving money is always instantaneous. The security measures put in place ensure your fund is safe and secure. Although PayPal has a somewhat bad reputation, it does have some redeeming qualities.
In my country of residence, PayPal is almost unusable for freelancers due to several limitations. You're only allowed to spend, but the ability to receive payment isn't granted. This necessitates opening offshore PayPal accounts just to do business. Apart from this, PayPal might decide to lock your account without stating a tangible reason.

overall experience has been good not excellent as when it comes to sending payments it is good but charging money while recieving money is bad for my trade .But the good thing is that it provide cashback offers and other incentives to regular customers, which I feel is good for a healthy realationship between the user and the service provider.
Paypal is one of the most secure payment modes I have ever used,it not only allows domestic but also international payments ,it is very safely encrypted and is very user friendly .Adding payments means like debit card ,credit card ,etc is a work of seconds .The best thing is it can be used through mobile too .Sending and recieving payments is a very easy task .Also paypal has great and responsive customer care services.
According to me paypal conversion rates are bit high and the worst thing is it charges money while reciving payments for goods and services .Also we cannot use paypal to transfer money to other wallets like paytm ,payoneer , etc. And the most important thing that paypal is not supported in all the countries.

The over all experience with PayPal is very valuable and easy.it is very powerful and globally accepted payment solution.it should integrate and collaborate with Payoneer and Skrill so that payments could be sent and received through these networks and vice versa.it will further add value to PayPal service features and increase its customer base .
It is the most useful payment solutions specially sending and receiving payments is very easy .
It has some limitation on few countries which are not on its supported countries list so PayPal must expand its operations to more countries to increase its outreach.

I love using PayPal because it brings convenience, I am able to receive or make payments within a few minutes. I like the fact that the platform supports the different currencies from around the world. I find PayPal efficient, affordable and reliable compared to Skrill, Payoneer and Perfect Money. I would definitely recommend it.
PayPal is one of the best in the market in terms of user friendliness, it is straightforward and less complicated compared to 'Perfect Money' or 'Skrill'. What I like the most with PayPal is that I able to send money to my family and friends in various countries without being charged a fee. And, what I find most comforting with regards to PayPal is that my Credit/Debit card information is secure, I do not have to worry about being scammed or losing money. I also use PayPal to receive income from some micro jobs that I perform, which makes it less stressful for me to apply for jobs from all over the world, because it links my PayPal account to my bank account.
What I find the most frustrating about PayPal, is that when it comes to transferring money to my bank account for free, it will take several days for it to reflect. And, if you decide that you want to access your money immediately, then the unfortunate part is, you will be charged 1%.
