What is Prodio?
Prodio is a production management software designed to help advertising, masonry, cardboard packaging, machinery, and carpentry businesses handle employees’ work schedules and operational processes on a centralized platform. Managers can create production plans using built-in forms and access the work register to gain an overview of all assigned tasks.
Administrators can use Prodio to track the progress of ongoing tasks, view employees’ comments, and provide images or product documents according to requirements. It allows organizations to monitor staff’s performance, usage of raw materials, or total production time and export collected data in Excel format. It also lets users generate and analyze operational data in compliance with ISO 9001 regulations.
Using Prodio, businesses can access the list of processed orders and track employees’ clock-in/out timings to calculate their working hours. The software also helps users store product information, such as photographs, drawings, or attachments, in a centralized repository.
