What is TecArt?

TecArt is a customer relationship management (CRM) software designed to help manufacturing, sales, public administration, energy, finance, IT and other businesses in the German market manage customers, communication, projects, and more on a unified portal. The platform allows organizations to store and access data using secure and encrypted connections to ensure compliance with ISO, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.

TecArt includes a built-in email module, which enables enterprises to send notifications, announcements, and marketing emails to clients using custom templates. It offers a host of features such as contract and document management, job prioritization, roster scheduling, offer management, vacation planning, and more. Administrators can also use the Kanban board to create, assign, and track multiple tasks for members across various departments.

TecArt’s centralized dashboard lets managers generate reports using drag-and-drop charts and graphs to gain insights into sales, daily activities, projects’ status, and other metrics. Users can also utilize the integrated calendar to monitor appointments and tasks and filter information using custom criteria.
