What is The Journey?

Journey is built around three things service teams actually do: import contacts, enrich them, and reach out. Everything else is noise.

Import 1,000 contacts in under a minute - paste a LinkedIn Sales Navigator URL, drop an Excel file, or upload a CSV. The enrichment layer finds email addresses and phone numbers automatically, at roughly 10x the speed of manual research. From there, campaigns run across email, LinkedIn, and calls without switching tools.

Gmail syncs in real time. Replies get tracked, inboxes monitored, follow-ups drafted based on actual conversation context. Signal detection surfaces buying triggers - job moves, funding, new hires - so outreach lands when there's a reason to reach out, not just when a sequence fires.

Pipeline tracking, duplicate detection, meeting transcription, role-based access, audit logs. GDPR and CCPA compliant. 256-bit SSL. Daily backups.
