This is a great program to use for webinars. It's very easy to create and distribute logins, create/edit presentations.
No native break out rooms for audience interaction, engagement features could be enhanced, the polling feature is not ideal and could be enhanced and developed further.
The possibility of providing online off-site quality training. In these Covid-19 days it is a very useful tool.
It is critical that the moderator get it the program or examined the instructional exercises some time recently starting.

It allowed us to carry on with our training schedule in spite of the circumstances.

The only complaint I have is that the reporting was not always 100% accurate.
It is very user friendly and intuitive. The staff at Wistia are awesome and responsive to inquiries.
It's rather expensive for small businesses. For people new to video, their newsletters are incredibly misleading.
Wistia is a great no-nonsense video host for professionals, and it's ability to embed on any website and other integrations is excellent.
The downside for us is that we aren't a place for making a lot of video presentations so it was more than we needed.

If you want something that's easy to set up and works great, look no further. It makes streaming easy and fun.
I have trouble with volume from time to time, and it does have trouble with connection from time to time.
I was happy to get their lifetime deal and likely one of the better LTD purchases I have done. But seeing their quality, I can also recommend using it while you'd be on monthly subscriptions.
This is ABSOLUTELY the worse customer service I've experienced in all of my purchases of software and my entire office is literally automated.
The customer service experience has been wonderful and the pricing is really worth the investment. I am very satisfied with this product.
It is not so intuitive, even basic options sometimes could be a little confusing.
Very helpful when using slides or a short video during a presentation. We were sold on the ability to live stream to Facebook and Youtube with one easy process and one great price.
Melon's technical support responds with a reasonable response time, but unfortunately they have not been able to solve the low-resolution problem with high-performance mobile phone cameras.
Not only do I like the software but the customer service is above and beyond. Melon will have full conversations to discuss an issue or an improvement you would like to see.
I think this is one of the most cos effective and nice looking live streaming software. I tend to use it a lot and recommend my friends who are looking to do Facebook live for the first time.

I am not very technologically savvy so I appreciate how user friendly this program is.
The best part about Melon is EVERYTHING LOL. Multicasting, monetizing your content, live chat and the stream labs integration is dope as well.

I have used Melon mainly for meetings with clients, I will soon start recording my podcast here too. Melon has been an amazing tool.

Our church loves this software when it comes to using for praise and worship. Musicians and singers have so many tools to help them during praise and worship.
The program did “crash” often and some of my files would get lost - not sure if this was a part of a bigger problem with the program but it did happen often.
First, this is a rare gem to have a one-time payment software. It's an investment, but you don't have to commit to monthly or yearly payments, which is very nice.
This software is full of problems, clutches, and inconsistencies that make my job as a tech director nerve wracking at best, and infuriating at its worst.
Being able to search for Bible verses and songs and get them onto the screen quickly is amazing. It's software built specifically for presentations and it's simply wonderful.
The most frustrating think about ProPresenter is that it can be unreliable.
We have had a great experience and love the way we can craft both our worship song slides as well as the sermon slides and anything else we want to do.
They will randomly disappear form the toolbar. There are some days when my playback screen is missing and it takes forever to find again.
Since there are so many users there is a good community out there for both inspiration and advice.
I remember using other software at one of my first church media team experiences and ProPresenter owns the market for churches for a good reason they are the best.
Great presentation software with great updates and functionality.
I love that ProPresenter was easy to learn and it is easy to use as well.
I love the ease of use for our volunteers, and the integration of Song Select and Planning Center. Ve found no competitor that compete with ProPresenter as a whole.
The ease of use AFTER setup is my favorite part of the software.
I like the way it centers the selected slide in your view. I like how "Screens" is setup and find it much more intuitive and workable than PP6.
I love how ProPresenter leads the way in presentation software for houses of worship. It integrates with Planning Center and SongSelect, and volunteers can be trained without much difficulty.
We have used this software for the last 10+ years, and we have found it to be worth every penny.
One suggestion I made to Renewed Vision (the makers of ProPresenter) was integrated into a feature of an eventual update. Tech support has gotten way better as the years have gone by.

Excellent, their staff are great, responsive and even worked through some unique situations we wanted to try and made them happen. Couldn't have done that with our previous system.
Need the company coordinator to administer refunds, set up public tickets , or deal with customer’s lost links.
I love the ease of use with the platform they created. I also love the team that Afton has working for them.
The only problem we ever had was a glitch in the ticket machine in our office kept turning off, as soon as we let them know it was fixed right away.
They explain the program in detail, are not afraid of special requests, they are very responsive, their on-site staff and equipment are top notch and follow-up reporting and settlement are excellent.
Some settings to link FB can be confusing on first use.
However, any of our venue promotions easily integrate with Afton's solution, and the fees are more than reasonable. Good deal overall, good value proposition.
Integration with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc. is missing.
We are so happy we chose Afton for our ticketing needs and believe they are going to be a big part of Earp's Ordinary's success.

What I enjoy most about Zoom is its ease of use, ability to record meetings, and its affordable price point.
I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
The cost benefit is very good and ease of connection, I can share the screen during meetings, and excellent for my work.
If I do have problems sharing my screen, etc. then I have to typically leave zoom and re-enter the meeting. It always solves the problem but is an annoyance.
The fact that it is easy to learn, as well as the quit and helpful response from customer service. I am glad it was recommended to me and I will continue to help others by doing the same.

GoTo meeting is very easy to use and the quality of video and audio is great. I love that I can save my recordings to the cloud.
What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
It is a brilliant and super powerful tool that does not demand any training to use. It has a nice and high definition video quality thus making it best option for conferencing and screen sharing.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.
It is a good software for teaching purposes, very fast the installation and it is not too expensive. If you have a few students is the best solution.
One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.
What I also loved was the quality in which meetings were being recorded In. They also provide a feature where you can save and share each recordings with others.
There are a few companies that use Go to Meeting and I Dread it because I Never can connect. Always an error message.

Very good, easy to share content, presentation, be able to view participants. Very stable platform, video quality.
Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.
Webex has an easy interface and is good with some integrations like outlook. Webex has a good mobile app.
Webex's design is atrocious, and its legacy features live behind separate interfaces—which are somehow even worse than the design of the main UX—that make them incredibly confusing to use.
Overall I think the Webex is a good and I do recommend it as a good video chat software I will definitely be using this soft ware on my laptop.

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.
My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful.
Every meeting I have had has had sound issues during which people are cut off or I miss what they are saying.
The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.
Poor video and call quality, was difficult to hear conversations properly due to a poor delay.
The connectivity is great and the quality is in line with expectations. Would recommend using it if you need to organize a webinar with more than 50 attendees.
Also, some users encountered issued with sound, this was mainly due to a bad internet connection.

My overall experience with Livestorm is great and I really appreciate its easy of use. I think it's a great solution for those companies interested in hosting webinars for their audiences.
Of course NO CUTOMER SERVICE was answering my complaints except only one hour before the webinar to tell me that it wasnt a fixable problem.
Attendees of our events had such positive feedback on the quality and ease of use of the tool. They knew where everything was to engage well with the tool.
The user is forced to an external survey which loses 100% of the user tracking data making the follow up very weak. If the tool is to be used in any way to drive biz dev, this is likely a bad option.
Livestorm was an easy choice. At Highlight, we deliver bi-weekly webinars to our community and each and everyone has been successful and well-received.
We would never concider other platform unless we will get out of the participants limit. It's a pity that it has limited participants and the limit is too low (1000 max).
I did easily 20 hours of research and for the cost and what this offers this is truly better then even the most popular platforms out there with more brand recognition.
ALSO, it is extremely EXPENSIVE, has no cost flexibility, if you need only one month webinar with more than 250 subscribers you have to pay for the whole year.
With up to 6 video streams we can have panels which have been great. We can also profile the panelists (guest speakers) on the registration page which is nice.
Very happy with the experience so far and I personally recommend it to other people in my network.

It's an amazing tool for simulcasting, easy to use and powerful tools and features like metrics, video embed, and others.
Whenever I lost connection to YouTube, it would start a brand new livestream, rather than pickup on the same one. Wouldn't have been an issue, but with our poor internet, we had issues with it.
The ease of changing all titles at the same time has been a wonderful addition to the service since it was implemented. It is quite easy and reliable to use restream to all accounts and platforms.
The problem I had wasn't with Restream, but with how YouTube changed their streaming platform.
The ability to stream to multiple platforms using one bandwidth stream and such low latency is a feature that I feel quite lucky to enjoy for free.
Only by paying for a much more expensive tier can you stop this. Since we do not wish to show any commercial affiliation in our broadcasts we found this unacceptable and had to move to Castr.io.

The ability to stream to multiple platforms using one bandwidth stream and such low latency is a feature that I feel quite lucky to enjoy for free.
Only by paying for a much more expensive tier can you stop this. Since we do not wish to show any commercial affiliation in our broadcasts we found this unacceptable and had to move to Castr.io.

This is so easy to use, and fun too. They have a nice selection of music included which is helpful.
The software is the very definition of janky. I honestly don't know when it will work and when it will fail.
While I have small knowledge in the field of Video Editing, such an application offers a great deal of great features and is super easy to learn. They offer everything you need for video marketing.
My only complaint about this software is that it often takes a long time to render videos, as they must wait in a cue first and sometimes the software crashes.
Customer Service is SUPERB though. If ever I have had any questions I was helped online very quickly and pleasant.
While I am still navigating through it, the only real dislike at this moment it that it seems to take awhile for video clip options to load. So I feel like I end up wasting a lot of time waiting.
I'm loving the software, I chose it after doing a lot of research and not only does it provide a great service but it's also great value for money.
Also poor stock library. You will probably have to provide your own stock footage or purchase one of the paid ones.

Socio is the perfect hybrid of do-it-yourself, but get as much support as you would like, option out there. It is very easy to build events and they give you all the support you need to be successful.
The thing that was frustrating about the software was during events.
Along with that, whenever I had a question, help was just a click away and were enjoyable to work with providing quick answers, tips, and solutions with fun and engaging attitudes.
Having to navigate between multiple windows / screens to find problems or glitches and then solve them on the backend was a bit cumbersome.
I love Socio's ease of use from a backend standpoint. Compared to another company we used in the past for some similar features, Socio's platform was intuitive, fun, and expansive.
Socio walked through the entire process with me, as a first time virtual conference planner, I was extremely nervous and unsure how to start or what to do.
There are probably 25 good to great conference software platforms out there - We picked Socio after having demo's with 4 of the top vendors.
Where they lack a feature we may need, they are always open to considering upgrades, this may take some time to implement but we understand that upgrades need to be tested.
We really appreciated their customer and technical support's availability to chat, their friendliness and their willingness to help guide us through the development of our event by using the product.
I love this software because it is easy to use and can easily be customized to fit my Associations needs. The sales team is great.

This was a great platform to help connect our Business Resource Groups members online in a new and exciting way. We were able to leverage the stage, sessions, and networking parts of the platform.
That the software couldn't manage the actual day of the event. Speakers and participants reported issues but no information or notification about the problem could be noticed.
Generally, we love Hopin. Compared to the other solutions out there, it’s extremely effective and affordable.
Lack of customer service during events (no live customer service?! Really?! In 2020?!). Google Analytics software never worked for us.
You can pick up using the software today and have an entire event built out by tomorrow. The speed networking is a fan favorite and the expo is a great value for sponsorships.

It is for Mac only, it is very easy to use, it has so much functionallity for the money, their costumer service is extraordinay good, a valid and profesiional product you can trust, it's a great tool.
Frustrating how the live broadcast freezes or stops randomly.
I love how I can create zoom-meetings and livestreams that create that sense of WOW.
I miss the studio mode functionality related to OBS for on the fly programming and scene building. Workarounds are scant in ecamm.
Ecamm has been a lifesaver for our organization and allowed use to bring professional quality programs and resources to our community.
For the price, there is nothing wrong with the software but some features available in higher priced software are missing.

I also liked that the pricing is very favourable. It is great the viewers do not have to install any software and that they can watch directly in the browser window on any device.
I'm in the UK and so too are my customers, so not being able to quote in sterling was a problem.

It was a bit a struggle to find out during the webinar what exactly is shown to the audience in the chat and how to close that down so it would be more anonymus. I'm still looking for that option.

5CentsCDN helps improve the browsing speeds on our websites by really great lengths. We enjoy fast DNS hosting that suits our business model perfectly.
So far I don't have anything to say bad about this platform. In terms of pricing, no one should actually have negative feedback I guess.
Best and secure environment for our project data storage, quick data access from anywhere and to provide the effective insights across different systems is nice and easy to integrate the product.
We faced some initial troubling while deployment and set up phase but it resolved immediately and thereafter its smooth experience till date.
Professional and excellent support staff. Price is affordable considering the quality is very good.
But company needs to lower down it's membership fees & restructure it for mass adoption.

We started using DaCast just over a year ago and I cannot fault the product for reliability and ease of use. I find the prior comments are a true reflection on just how good this product is.
After a year of use, we decided to go a different direction. However, we were charged for another year and the company refused to return even a portion of the $200+ fee.
Super easy to use and the ability to seamlessly add videos to my website has been very successful for us. Customer support when I've needed help has always been there over the years.
Setting up the connection was a little tricky, and the preview window opens by default with the sound muted which led me to believe there was a problem when there wasn't.
Dacast is a solid streaming platform backed by an excellent support team which have helped me sort out configuration and integration into our e-learning platforms.
We made contact via the online chat at least 2 times a week just to be send around in circles. Its a shame cause it is a great product but the service is the worst I ever experienced.
We found this service very affordable since the first time. We have never had problems with service interruptions, which is very important to guarantee good live streaming services.
Lack of integrated chat was one of the reasons i chose Vimeo at first.
I love the fact that we can set the videos up to be wholly private because it's a genuine hosting service rather than a directory such as YouTube. I also love that you can host audio as well as video.
I love that we have the ability stream our church services and that Dacast works with OBS which is what we use to create our streams.
Really great experience all in all. Never had an issue with reliability.

For me, the most humiliating part is the demo team who are totally unprofessional in attitude and I wonder why they are just wearing innerwear for the meeting.
We loved it as they have been able to provide a good solution to us during the pandemic times, and as always the team is extremely responsive and helpful.
The speaker experience is pretty poor considering they have no direct contact with the audience. They can not see any faces or reactions.
Our participants found Hubilo intuitive to navigate, they loved the Event Feed and the ability to network with others, and the ease of participating in the live-stream sessions.
The scroll doesn't work nicely. The organizer app of hubilo has error while doing checking via name.
Our exhibitors were thrilled with the real-time analytics that the Hubilo platform provided, and ability to chat/meet one-on-one with our participants.
Hubilo emails are sometimes blocked by firewalls.

For me, the most humiliating part is the demo team who are totally unprofessional in attitude and I wonder why they are just wearing innerwear for the meeting.
