AgriSmart is workforce management software built for horticulture.

Orchards, vineyards, berry and vegetable growers and packhouses across New Zealand and Australia use it to replace paper timesheets, clipboard bin counts and spreadsheet payroll with one connected system, so the data captured at picking is the data used in the pay run. In New Zealand, AgriSmart runs payroll end to end. In Australia, it captures the time, piece rates and allowances your existing payroll system needs.

Horticulture and viticulture operations: apples, kiwifruit, cherries, berries, stonefruit, vegetables, grapes and protected cropping. Also used by agricultural contracting and labour hire businesses, and by dairy and pastoral farms. Horticulture-specific functions

Piece rates and pay compliance - per bin, per tray or per plant, alongside hourly work in the same day, with rates that change by block and variety. Piece earnings are checked against legal minimums automatically and top-ups flagged before pay day.

Ticketing and traceability - every bin and crate tied to picker, block and row. Harvest counts, picker pay and traceability records all come from the same scan, so nothing is reconciled twice.

Spray diary - applications logged in the field with product, rate, block and withholding period, for export accreditation and residue compliance.

Digital hiring and inductions - contracts, identity checks, visa and seasonal worker records and inductions completed before day one. Returning crews rehired in one click.

Core platform

Timesheets - mobile app for Apple and Android with offline capture in the block, manual entry, or biometric devices in the shed. Hours record against block, job and rate as work happens.

Payroll - variable hours, allowances and piece rates calculated across the whole crew every pay run. In New Zealand this runs end to end, including branded payslips and automatic tax payments. In Australia, AgriSmart produces payroll-ready output for Xero, Reckon, Myob or your existing system.

Rosters - built and published to staff phones; approved changes flow into timesheets and payroll.

Tasks - assigned and tracked across the operation, with digital whiteboards.

Health and safety - risk and incident registers, inductions, toolbox talks, standard operating procedures, digital maps, staff skills and checklists.

Equipment and maintenance register - asset profiles, servicing history and automated maintenance reminders.

Integrations

Xero, Reckon Payroll, Myob, Greentree, and spreadsheet export. Approved timesheets, hours and allowances flow through without re-entry.

Published plans for dairy, sheep and beef start at 35 New Zealand dollars per month plus 8 dollars per employee, plus tax. Optional extras: employee onboarding at 24 dollars per contract, equipment register at 20 dollars per month, biometric devices quoted separately.
