Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Aligno overview
What is Aligno?
Aligno is a client feedback and approval tool for designers and agencies. You send a design, the client replies with vague feedback in a Slack thread, they change their mind later, and the approval gets lost in an email chain. Same story, every project.
Aligno replaces that with one share link. Your client opens it. No signup needed. They pin comments directly on the work, in the exact spot where the problem is. When they're ready, they hit Approve and that version locks.
Four asset types in one place: images, PDFs, video, and live webpages. The webpage piece is the one most other tools skip. Paste a URL and clients review the actual rendered site, not a flat screenshot.
A few things that matter on real client work:
- Approval is final. Approved versions lock as a sign-off record.
- Reviewers don't need accounts. They click, comment, approve, leave.
- Comments are pinned in context, not in a thread next to a thumbnail.
- Version history is preserved. Old comments stay attached to old versions.
Built by a non-designer who kept watching designer colleagues spend more time chasing markup feedback than actually designing. Aligno is the thing that should already exist.
Free to try. Pro is $18 a month flat. Most proofing tools charge per team member, so the cost grows with your team. Aligno doesn't.
