Aplorio overview
What is Aplorio?
Aplorio is a web-based quoting and invoicing application for construction trades businesses of one to five employees operating in France.
Quoting
Quotes are structured in lots with sub-totals, line-level quantities and unit prices, and the three French construction VAT rates (20%, 10%, 5.5%) applied per line. A reusable library of priced work items stores the company's own rates and is populated from finalized quotes. A quote is sent as a link and signed electronically by the client through a simple electronic signature: typed name plus explicit consent. Every event is recorded in an audit journal and the signed PDF is frozen at acceptance.
Invoicing
A signed quote converts to an invoice without re-entry. The document model covers deposit invoices at signature, progress billing during the works, final balance invoices, and credit notes for corrections. Numbering is sequential and gap-free, allocated inside a database transaction at finalization, and documents carry the legal mentions French invoicing law requires.
Payment tracking and reminders
Payments are recorded against each invoice. Overdue invoices trigger an automated email reminder sequence on a fixed ladder, with per-document opt-out.
Electronic invoicing
Invoices are generated in Factur-X format, with EN 16931 structured data embedded in the PDF, and transmitted through an approved platform for the 2026 French e-invoicing reform. Aplorio operates as a compatible solution.
AI assistant
An integrated assistant drafts quote lines from a short written or spoken brief, imports existing clients, work items and documents from files, and answers questions about the account's data. Prices come from the company's own library and are never generated by the model.
Output and branding
PDFs are generated server-side with a configurable logo, accent colour and typeface, an optional footer and a terms annex.
Platform and data
Web application, responsive on phone, tablet and desktop, nothing to install. Sign-in by email and password, Google, or passkeys. Data is hosted in Europe.
