BAB PropTech overview
What is BAB PropTech?
BAB PropTech gives HOA, condo and gated-community boards one app for the everyday work of running a community, with a resident app on the other side. It is used by communities in the United States, Egypt and the Gulf, in English and Arabic.
For residents: QR guest passes and visitor pre-registration, polls and board elections, maintenance requests with photos, amenity bookings and board announcements, all from their phone.
For boards and managers: a resident and unit directory, a log of every gate entry, quorum tracking on every vote, a single maintenance queue and one place to publish announcements, on the web or on mobile.
BAB stays out of the money: it does not collect dues or keep the books, so the association keeps its current accounting tool and bank.
Pricing is published: $3 per door per month, capped at $149 a month for communities of up to 300 doors. Every community starts with a free 90-day pilot and no contract. Available on iOS, Android and the web.
