Discovery: BidSparq monitors 14,000+ procurement sources every day — SAM.gov and federal systems, all 50 state portals, county and city purchasing offices, K-12 and higher education, transit, and healthcare — including registration-walled platforms like IonWave, Bonfire, and PlanetBids. New solicitations are ingested and enriched automatically, with scope, due dates, contract value, NAICS codes, set-aside type, and requirements extracted from the solicitation and its attachments.
AI scoring: Every opportunity is scored 0-100 against your business profile using a Shipley-style win-probability (Pwin) calculation plus capability fit, with a plain-English explanation and a should-I-bid verdict — so a small team can qualify opportunities like it has a dedicated capture department.
Beyond discovery: an auto-generated compliance checklist per solicitation, competitive and incumbent intelligence from federal award history, contract-vehicle intelligence (GWACs, GSA Schedules, BPAs, IDIQs) with labor-rate data, a capture pipeline to track pursuits from match to award, and one-click PDF/DOCX export.
Integrations: a native MCP server connects BidSparq's tools to Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT; outbound webhooks and Zapier connect it to your stack; Slack notifications keep your team current.
Security: traffic is served over TLS, data is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers, sessions use signed HttpOnly cookies, and programmatic access uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, on US-based hosting and database. Details at bidsparq.com/security.
