Independent service vendors set up their packages, add-ons, travel, and deposit terms once, then send clients a single branded page where they pick what they want, see a real total instantly, review and e-sign a contract written for their trade, and pay a deposit, all in one flow.

Each of the 14 supported industries (photographers, videographers, wedding planners, wedding venues, florists, officiants, DJs, caterers, hair and makeup artists, doulas, life coaches, virtual assistants, tutors, and web designers) gets its own pricing model and trade-specific, ESIGN and UETA compliant contract language, not one generic template. Contracts are tamper-evident with a full audit trail.

Clients type the event address and travel from the studio is mapped and priced onto the quote automatically. Live availability sits on the page: booked dates disappear, weekly holds block recurring commitments, and a Google Calendar event plus ICS invite go out the moment a client pays.

Payments run on the vendor's own Stripe account by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. BookNox is software, never a money holder.
