Owner financial management tools produce owner statements, calculate distributions based on configured reserve rules, and manage reserve accounts. Owner disbursement workflows require approval for transactions that exceed defined thresholds. The platform runs on a multi-tenant architecture with role-based access controls, audit logging, and data encryption. Each client receives a custom-branded subdomain for tenant-facing portals with company logos and brand colours. Email and in-app messaging enable role-based communications between property managers, tenants, owners, and vendors within the platform environment.
