BulkForge uses a split-runtime architecture instead: AgeeBgee hosts the control plane (dashboard, campaign orchestration, scheduling), while a lightweight Customer Agent is deployed directly into the customer's own Azure subscription via an Azure Marketplace ARM template. The agent reads the Postmark server token or Azure Communication Services (ACS) connection string straight from the customer's own Key Vault, using managed identity — no shared secret, no credential ever transmitted to or stored by the control plane.
