Akande: My name is Akande, I'm a digital marketing specialist. And I rate Omnisend four to five. For more reviews like this, click the link below. So the other products that we considered, before going to Omnisend, were MailChimp and ActiveCampaign. And the reason that we switched from those products, even though they are good products, to Omnisend, is Omnisend had a very specific focus on Shopify and integrating with abandoned cart and also offering SMS messaging. Those are the primary reasons we made that move. Omnisend is really great for a lot of reasons. But I think one of the things that stands out is how it's able to natively integrate with platforms, like Shopify, and with WooCommerce, Magento, as well as have these automations for abandoned carts, for birthday reminders, and also have landing pages and pop-up forms that you can integrate into the website. It works really well with e-commerce, very seamless. And I think for what other offerings are in the market, it's priced very affordably and competitively. So when I think about all those things, from the functionality that it offers, to what you can actually do with it and how much it's going to cost a business, having an e-commerce platform or having a store, an online store, it makes the most sense. Onboarding and integrating Omnisend was really easy, didn't take very much time at all. I think we reached out to support maybe one time for a pretty advanced feature, just to confirm the process. But the help documentation, the workflow, everything makes total sense. It's really easy to pick up and start using right away. If you're thinking about using Omnisend, just keep in mind that it is Omnisend, it's an omni-channel platform. That means you could leverage email, SMS, messenger platforms. It's really great for an all around solution. The way I would describe it, it's communicating to your customer in every possible way. With that in mind though, it can't get more complex as you start building on it. And if you're looking for just a plug and play email solution, Omnisend might not be the best for you. But if you want to leverage and grow your e-commerce store and drive more revenue, it is absolutely a must-have for your business.

Fraser N.: Hi, I'm Fraser. I'm the founder of a marketing consultancy, and I'd like to give Omnisend four out of five. I considered a number of other options when using Omnisend. We actually switched from using MailChimp, but we also considered many others, particularly ones that are particularly built for e-commerce. The reasons we chose Omnisend were that it was compatible with Shopify, the platform that the main website was being built on, and it had particularly good e-commerce capability. That was the main factor. I've found Omnisend easy to integrate and onboard into the business. It works well with Shopify, which the website was built in, and that's most important of all. And it has got good e-commerce functionality built in, such as the ability to send abandoned cart emails and flows and welcome series and all that good stuff that you're looking for in a good e-commerce email system. Omnisend is a very good option if you're looking for e-commerce focused email software. Certainly worth the look. It does the basics very well. It's not quite as advanced as some of the others out there. But if you want something to get started quickly and easily with your e-commerce store, then it's a great option.

I have used Onmisend for a too small amount of time, unfortunately. From my short experience with it, it's a very complete software and now that I review it, I realize that I should probably give it a second chance in another project. The only reason that I didn't get to use it more is because my team was already used to MailChimp and we didn't have too much time to switch tools. But I have a new project in the next 2 months, that will start from 0, and will be giving the software a try for sure. They have SMS campaigns, which is why I was drawn to it in the first place.
Nothing to dislike, to be honest. It seems like a very complete set of software, priced decently and all.

My overall experiance is very good. I would recomende the product to other people or should i say i already did. We are currently running 4 websites on it and we will be doing more. So in my book they have a loyal customer. And yes we have tried others.
Price for performance doesn't come close to anyone. I think it is right there with Klaviyo but it is a lot cheaper. So that would be the part. Also i ti quite simple to use and to set up. The support is also very responsive but somethimes they don't have all ther right answers. But nevertheles they are there to help.
My least favorite feature is that i can't search by phone number in the contacts but you have to create a segment. I think the search needs a little work.

I like the design of the email templates.
The ease of creating and sharing link for landing pages could be more user friendly. There is currently no way to create a link for landing pages.

Omnisend has been great! I have friends trying to get me to switch to their provider all the time but they haven't used Omnisend and I'm hesitant to move anywhere when it's so easy to use and the customer service is so great. If it's not broken, don't fix it - right?!
The process of moving my emails over in the beginning was seamless. I love the copy feature so I'm not making a new email each week. I can just replace the content with relevant content to my new email campaign. Customer service is always very helpful and available through chat instead of waiting for an email that might not even answer the question I have (that's why I switched from my old provider).
The only issue I ever had was trying to type inside the content box, but they have since fixed that so it's no longer an issue.
