The platform automates inbound service bookings by assigning customers to the technician responsible for the corresponding territory. This approach eliminates manual dispatcher tasks.

The core of the system is a territory assignment module that enables administrators to define service areas by ZIP code, county, city, or radius-based boundaries. Established territories are stored in the territory library and can be associated with one or more technicians. The scheduling interface maps customer addresses to the appropriate territory and presents only the availability of the technician responsible for that zone through a company-level booking link that can be embedded across digital channels.

The solution supports job-type customization by allowing distinct durations, travel buffers, and location prerequisites for tasks such as tune-ups, estimates, and full installations. Automated reminder and confirmation messages are dispatched to customers prior to scheduled appointments to reduce missed engagements. Booking confirmations are sent instantly when a slot is reserved. Payment collection settings permit administrators to require deposits or complete payments at the time of scheduling.

Calendar synchronization occurs bidirectionally with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook to block existing commitments and post new appointments. Integration with Jobber field service management automatically generates Jobber requests with customer details for every booking.
