Charterfy runs the office side of a boat charter business — reservations, payments, waivers, customers and crew — from one screen, on desktop or a phone.

Where it differs from general tour and activity software is that it is modelled on how charters actually work. Availability is per vessel. A booking holds its deposit and its balance as separate states, because they are collected at different times and fail for different reasons. Waivers are tracked apart from payments, so an unsigned waiver is visible before the guest reaches the dock rather than after. Crew get access scoped to the boats they work on.

Core capabilities on every plan: reservation management with online and manual bookings; Stripe checkout, payment links, invoices and refunds; deposit and balance handling; customer records; fleet and package management; team management with roles; and operating hours.

From the Professional plan up: digital waivers sent automatically when a booking is confirmed and signed on a guest's phone, a hosted public booking website for the operator's own vessels, and security deposits. The Enterprise plan adds API access.

On pricing, Charterfy charges a flat monthly fee instead of taking a share of each booking. Starter is $49/month (3 boats, 2 team members, 50 reservations a month), Professional $99/month (5 boats, 5 team members, unlimited reservations) and Enterprise $249/month (unlimited boats, team members and reservations).

There is no percentage and no per-reservation fee on bookings an operator brings in themselves — their own website, a repeat customer, a walk-up, a phone call — at any volume. Card processing is Stripe's standard 2.9% + $0.30 for US cards and is paid straight to Stripe.
